We’re looking for an experienced Commercial Sales Specialist who’s ready to travel, build strong relationships with engineering firms, and close major deals. Qualifications and responsibilities for this Commercial Sales Specialist position include:
- Bachelor’s degree required; HVAC technical degree may also be considered
- Minimum 3 years of experience in commercial heating sales or related field
- Strong knowledge of commercial boiler room systems and industry suppliers
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel throughout Western PA and WV
- Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations to engineers and clients
- Build relationships with manufacturers, contractors, and consulting engineers
- Prepare accurate and competitive quotes and proposals for large-scale equipment sales
- Represent the company at trade shows, vendor trainings, and industry events
Salary: $75,000 - $150,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
