The Commissions & Rebates Analyst Sr. will be responsible for maintaining for loading, analyzing, reconciling, and payment of ADTRAN customer rebates as well as internal sales commission plans. This role will report to the Sr. Manager of Commissions & Rebates Analyst.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Calculates commission/incentive award payments to sales personnel based on commission plan provisions
  • Implement the routing and approval process for commissions compensation packages.
  • Reviews commissions payment reports for accuracy and completeness
  • Maintain the Point of Sales database and ensuring accurate Point of Sale Reports
  • Research customers and maintain the customer database and specialization table.
  • Run reports, sort, and analyze data based on departmental needs and specifications on a daily, weekly and/or as requested basis.
  • Research issues related to commissions and rebates as they arise and communicate findings
  • Other projects and assignments may result and be assigned to accommodate the changing needs of the department and the Company.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business, Accounting, or related field required.
  • 5-8 years' previous experience in related area is required.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • Experience with Qlikview, Oracle, or equivalent database/data warehouse software required.
  • Highly motivated and analytical candidate with excellent communication skills
