Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook breakfast items following standardized recipes
- Support kitchen setup, prep, and closing duties
- Maintain food safety and cleanliness
- Operate kitchen equipment and manage inventory
- Assist in food prep for the next day
Requirements:
- Prior food service experience (6 months preferred)
- Food safety certification or willingness to obtain
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand during shifts
- Flexible schedule including mornings, weekends, and holidays
- Culinary certification is a plus
