We are seeking part-time course developers to design online, competency-based courses in the Liberal Arts division.
They will adapt existing courses such as Public Speaking, English Composition I & II, and Introduction to Sociology for online delivery, ensuring alignment with departmental outcomes and pedagogical standards.
Responsibilities include completing training, developing syllabi and competency maps, designing course shells in Brightspace, creating instructional materials and assessments, ensuring accessibility, and collaborating with the program team.
Qualifications require a master's degree, college teaching experience, and proficiency with educational technology. Preferred qualifications include online teaching experience and familiarity with Brightspace.
Payment is $3,600 in two installments, with training starting in May 2026, and deliverables due by June 15 and August 15. Applications are accepted until the position is filled.
