Seeking a Complex Bridge Inspection Lead to perform national and local bridge inspections, supervise teams, and support project planning.
Requires familiarity with inspection equipment, methods, and standards, including NBIS inspections, report writing, and load rating calculations.
Field work involves working from ground, hydraulic lifts, ladders, or rope access, with physical demands like lifting up to 50 lbs, working at heights, confined spaces, and uneven surfaces.
Travel within Texas and nationally may be required, including overnight stays. Candidates must have at least 6 years of related experience, a PE license, and proficiency with structural analysis and design software.
Preferred qualifications include specialized training, certifications, and experience with asset management and load rating software.
Must possess strong communication, leadership, and teamwork skills, and be able to work independently in varied environments.
