This role involves being the first point of contact, greeting visitors, answering calls, and providing excellent customer service.
Responsibilities include managing the lobby, assisting with resident and visitor inquiries, supporting sales and marketing efforts, and helping with administrative tasks such as resident documentation.
Qualifications include a high school diploma, at least six months of receptionist experience, strong communication skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel preferred.
