Seeking a Concierge to greet residents, visitors, and staff, manage calls, messages, and provide information.
- Answer phones and reception duties
- Take and relay messages accurately
- Greet and assist residents and visitors, provide directions
- Coordinate brochures, meal tickets, and tally meal counts
- Update resident lists and manage appointment scheduling
- Organize mail, maintain resident forms, and keep entry areas tidy
- Follow policies and perform additional duties as assigned
Qualifications include a high school diploma (preferred) and 1-3 years customer service experience or equivalent.
