Seeking a Concierge to greet residents, visitors, and staff, manage calls, messages, and provide information.

  • Answer phones and reception duties
  • Take and relay messages accurately
  • Greet and assist residents and visitors, provide directions
  • Coordinate brochures, meal tickets, and tally meal counts
  • Update resident lists and manage appointment scheduling
  • Organize mail, maintain resident forms, and keep entry areas tidy
  • Follow policies and perform additional duties as assigned
