Essential duties include providing information on hotel services, local attractions, reservations, tickets, and transportation; assisting with florists, couriers, mail, and communication services; responding promptly to guest concerns; maintaining a tidy concierge area; collaborating with other departments; and supporting tasks like luggage assistance.
Qualifications include a high school diploma, at least one year of concierge or related experience, and fluency in English; additional languages and some college are preferred.
The role requires lifting up to 25 pounds, handling phones and computers, and may involve working nights, weekends, or holidays.
