The role supervises Assistant Superintendents, Field Engineers, and Interns, develops project schedules, and communicates with clients and stakeholders to resolve field issues.
Qualifications include a bachelor's degree, at least four years of relevant experience, knowledge of construction methods, scheduling, and safety protocols, along with leadership and interpersonal skills.
