Fresh in over the weekend! Wisconsin area commercial general contractor is looking for their next Safety (EHS) Manager or Director within commercial large-scale construction and renovations that can bring their eye for safety and experience to the team. Great company to work with that has a excellent growth opportunities in the local Milwaukee, WI area. Projects focus on Commercial, Education, Healthcare, Science, Corporate Office, Religious, Industrial, Municipal and Safety!

Qualifications:

New Construction / large scale projects with confidence in maintaining safety from start to finish
5+ years experience in commercial construction as acting Safety Manager, Director, officer needed
Ability to Site Safety Coordinators on the job, maintain safe work practices and coordinate with various agencies for reporting and compliance with project documents and specification
Responsible for company wide safety culture so will need self motivation, wont be micromanaged
Manage Accident Prevention Program and update codes and regulations as needed, looking for those that are the "difference makers"
Computer skills and a familiarity with Microsoft office suite programs
Knowledge of construction or prior experience a plus
Commercial, Education, Healthcare, Science, Corporate Office, Religious, Industrial, Municipal experience is all preferred!
