Full-time Construction Inspector position at a reputable engineering and environmental services provider, pending contract award.
Key responsibilities include inspecting construction projects to ensure compliance with plans and specifications, completing detailed reports and photo logs, collaborating with team members, contractors, and designers to troubleshoot issues, managing RFIs and submittals, and preparing documentation such as punch lists.
Requirements include a bachelor's degree in engineering, architecture, or construction management, over 5 years of quality control experience on DoD projects, 3+ years of civil/construction practices, recent USACE Quality Control Management course completion, knowledge of Federal standards, a valid driver’s license, and a Secret clearance or ability to obtain one.
Preferred qualifications include AutoCAD skills, experience with vertical construction, hazardous material abatement, and OSHA 30 certification.
Compensation ranges from $70,000 to $90,000 plus benefits.
