This role is for a Construction Inspector based in Cleveland, OH, responsible for supporting construction projects through site inspections and data analysis.
- Collect and assess site data, using survey tools and technical drawings to ensure compliance with standards and permits.
- Perform inspections on construction, infrastructure, and mechanical systems, verifying adherence to codes and specifications.
- Monitor project progress, quality, and contractor work, documenting findings and addressing issues.
- Assist with contract interpretation, load calculations, and payment calculations.
- Ensure safety and compliance, generate detailed reports, and collaborate with project teams and stakeholders.
- Follow safety protocols and project schedules, with occasional travel as needed.
Qualifications include a high school diploma, 9+ years of relevant experience, construction inspection knowledge, and a valid driver’s license. Preferred qualifications include a related bachelor’s degree. The role offers a pay range of $37.02–$53.95 per hour and benefits focused on health and financial stability.
