Seeking a full-time Construction Inspector focused on DOT projects across Ohio (Cincinnati, Dayton, Columbus, Cleveland, Toledo).
- Perform field observation and documentation of roadway, bridge, and utility construction, ensuring compliance with contract specifications.
- Prepare detailed Daily Work Reports, calculations, sketches, and forms per ODOT standards.
- Verify adherence to project requirements, identify non-compliance, and communicate issues to senior staff.
- Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and project teams to support project execution.
- Ideal candidates have 2+ years of inspection experience, relevant certifications, and familiarity with construction specs and inspection/testing procedures.
