Responsibilities include observing construction activities, documenting work, coordinating with contractors and project teams, reviewing drawings and schedules, resolving conflicts, and ensuring project quality and safety.
Qualifications include at least 5 years of experience in construction or public works management, with expertise in utility infrastructure projects, and the ability to travel within the Houston area. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential.
The role offers a salary range of $30.00 to $40.00 per hour, with benefits including health coverage, paid time off, flexible work options, retirement plans, and support programs. Weekend and holiday work may be required, along with safety precautions.
