We are seeking a Construction Lead III for a 12-month assignment in George West, TX, with a high likelihood of extension.
Purpose:
Deliver energy by managing upstream well-site construction projects, ensuring safety, compliance, and efficiency.
Responsibilities include:
• Managing brownfield well-site construction, supervision of crews, and contractor activities.
• Interpreting P&IDs, conducting site walkdowns, selecting materials, and developing bills of materials.
• Monitoring project costs and ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Leading safety practices, commissioning, and troubleshooting activities.
• Collaborating with engineering teams to improve system reliability and performance.
• Ensuring adherence to HSSE standards, Permit to Work system, and operational procedures.
Qualifications:
• 5+ years of project management experience in well-site construction.
• Strong knowledge of industry standards, safety systems, and regulatory requirements.
• Skills in construction management, supervision, and technical reporting.
• Proficiency with relevant tools and systems such as Maximo, SAP MM, BricsCAD, and SigmaXL.
