- Conduct detailed site assessments and building evaluations to inform strategic construction plans.
- Resolve complex disputes (e.g., insurance claim conflicts, contractor delays) through data-driven insights and negotiation.
- Oversee project timelines, budgets, and compliance with OSHA, ASTM, and local building codes.
- Prepare expert reports and documentation for stakeholders, attorneys, and regulatory bodies.
- Cultivate client relationships and identify new business opportunities in expanding markets.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in architecture, engineering, construction management, or related field OR relevant experience.
- Experience:
- 5+ years in building consulting/project management OR
- 10+ years in insurance restoration/commercial construction.
- Skills:
- Knowledge of building codes/regulations (IRC, IBC, NEC).
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Suite, Project, and collaboration tools (e.g., Copilot, Procore).
- Proven ability to manage 5+ projects simultaneously with minimal oversight.
- Mindset: Adaptable, client-focused problem-solver who thrives in fast-paced environments.
