We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated individual to join our team as a Permanent Construction Project Manager. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a dynamic team of professionals in the construction industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of construction projects from planning to implementation. This role requires a strong understanding of roofing and general contracting, as well as excellent leadership and organizational skills.
Responsibilities:
1. Manage and oversee all aspects of construction projects from initial planning to completion.
2. Coordinate with architects, engineers, and other construction professionals to ensure project goals are met.
3. Develop comprehensive project plans, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation.
4. Ensure all projects are delivered on-time, within scope, and within budget.
5. Manage relationships with clients, stakeholders, and subcontractors.
6. Ensure safety regulations are adhered to at all times.
7. Resolve any issues or problems that may arise during the construction process.
8. Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and ensure quality standards are met.
9. Prepare and present regular progress reports to senior management.
10. Continuously seek opportunities for improvement and implement strategies to increase efficiency and productivity.
Qualifications:
1. Minimum of 2 years of experience in a construction project management role.
2. Proven experience in roofing and general contracting.
3. Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
4. Strong understanding of construction procedures, materials, and project management principles.
5. Excellent leadership and team management skills.
6. Exceptional problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
7. Strong communication and negotiation skills.
8. Proficiency in project management software.
9. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
10. Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures in the construction industry.
11. Certification in Project Management (PMP) or equivalent is a plus.
