Description
- Lead planning, execution, and closeout of large construction projects
- Manage budgets, schedules, contracts, and change management
- Coordinate field teams, subcontractors, and self‑perform operations
- Partner with owners, architects, and engineers to resolve issues
- Apply lean construction methods to improve cost and schedule outcomes
Profile
A successful Project Manager should have:
- Bachelor's degree in construction, engineering, or related field
- 5-10 years of project management experience in commercial construction
- Strong knowledge of scheduling, cost control, and contract management
- Experience on complex projects such as data centers, healthcare, or industrial
- Willingness to travel and work primarily on active project sites
