Construction Superintendent

• Salary is between $120k to $125k based on experience.
• $950 monthly vehicle allowance plus gas card
• Will be working primarily on commercial and government sector projects from new construction to remodels and retrofits

• Coordinate with subcontractors responsible for each activity and ensure a clear understanding of their project responsibilities per the contract.
• Onsite supervision to promptly answer any questions subcontractors have.
• Provide clear and frequent communication to Project Team (Ownership, Project Manager, Architect, and Field Construction Manager).
• Manage and control budget and labor cost
• Other duties as assigned

• 5-10 years of commercial Superintendent construction experience managing projects in excess of 20 million dollars is required
• Proficiency in MS Office 360 and Procore
• Bachelor’s in construction management, Engineering, or related field is a plus
• Understanding Primavera and scheduling BIM is a plus
