Seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent for public and commercial projects in the Chicagoland area.
Key responsibilities include managing onsite construction from preconstruction to closeout, coordinating with project teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders.
In preconstruction, assist with planning, budgeting, reviewing drawings, and supporting bidding processes.
During construction, lead daily site activities, manage schedules, quality control, and coordinate inspections and site logistics.
For project closeout, oversee punch list completion and documentation.
Qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree or related field, minimum 5 years of supervision experience, strong knowledge of commercial construction, and proficiency in construction software.
