The Construction Superintendent oversees all project phases, balancing on-site management and office duties.
Responsibilities include managing daily field activities, supervising personnel and subcontractors, scheduling, and ensuring project deadlines are met.
Maintains quality standards, safety, and documentation such as reports and estimates.
Coordinates with inspectors, clients, and stakeholders, mediates between landlords and tenants, and manages communication with internal and external teams.
Requirements include a minimum of 5 years' experience as a Project Superintendent, proficiency in construction software, knowledge of local codes, strong communication skills, and a valid driver’s license.
Construction management education and OSHA training are preferred.
Must demonstrate professionalism, leadership, and the ability to work efficiently with multiple contractors.
