This on-site retail position reports to the Store Leader in the D2C department, offering $20.40 to $25.00/hour based on experience.
Responsibilities include delivering exceptional customer experiences, supporting visual merchandising, fostering a positive team environment, assisting with training and development, managing store operations and standards, analyzing performance data, and promoting community engagement and brand awareness.
Required education is a high school diploma or GED, with preferred college experience.
Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of retail supervisory experience, skills in sales, customer service, merchandising, and staff development, along with strong organizational and communication abilities. Proficiency in POS and Microsoft Office is essential.
Physical demands involve standing, moderate lifting, and retail hours, with up to 5% travel. The role is fully on-site, in a tobacco-free environment.
