About the team + role
We’re looking for a Contingent Workforce Planning Partner to join our team! This role will be focusing on the management of our Extended/Contingent Workforce as we look to re-establish this function within the People Operations team. You’ll balance execution and strategic initiatives to drive enterprise-wide change that will shape how our organization approaches workforce strategy.

What you’ll do
- Ownership of the entire lifecycle of extended workforce workers, ensuring alignment with organizational strategy
- Lead our Preferred Vendor program, including partnering cross functionally to innovate on our vendor management approach
- Support the launch of a new Vendor Management System, including extensive change management
- Management of our Service Periods, End Dates and Worker Types. Maintain accurate data and up-to-date documentation to support compliance and audit readiness.
- Data accuracy and analysis; set and assess program metrics, own data accuracy approach, create scalable reporting that delivers valuable insights to leaders.
- Lead our partnership with employers of record for international workers, drive improvements to the process
- Explore and execute improvements to our purchase order process in partnership with procurement
- Act as owner for all M&A activities related to our extended workforce
- Develop and deliver training resources and an intuitive knowledge base for internal collaborators and suppliers on extended workforce processes and systems
- Identify and drive opportunities for process optimization and innovation within the extended workforce program. Champion change management efforts, ensuring smooth adoption of new policies, processes, and systems.
What you bring
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher.
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in extended workforce program management, business operations, or on functional teams (i.e HR, Finance, or Procurement).
- Skills: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills; proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides); Strong data analysis capabilities with the ability to provide actionable insights
- Strategic Expertise: Proven track record driving process and tooling efficiency in service of larger strategic goals; cultivate and lead external supplier and internal cross-functional relationships
- Global Experience: Experience working in an expanding international organization
- Tools: Familiarity with Workday and Coupa, or similar HRIS and Procurement tools
- Skills: Understanding of global and regional compliance requirements in regards to extended workforce

Base pay for the successful applicant will depend on a variety of job-related factors, which may include education, training, experience, location, business needs, or market demands. The expected salary range for this role is based on the location where the work will be performed and is aligned to one of 3 compensation zones. This role is also eligible to participate in a Robinhood bonus plan and Robinhood’s equity plan. For other locations not listed, compensation can be discussed with your recruiter during the interview process.

$119,000 - $140,000 USD

$105,000 - $123,000 USD

$93,000 - $109,000 USD
