This seasonal contract field role involves attending onsite open enrollment and benefit fair meetings at various client locations, presenting benefits, answering questions, and providing follow-up electronically to internal teams. Candidates must be flexible with scheduling, available weekdays 8 AM–5 PM in their time zone, and reside in specified locations.
Applicants need at least two years of experience in medical/dental insurance account management, benefits administration, or related roles, and must hold an insurance license if applicable. The role requires a valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, knowledge of dental plans, and basic insurance terminology.
Responsibilities include comparing dental plans, guiding customer decisions, providing printed information, and referring complex issues to customer service.
