They will coordinate writer room payments, handle episodic and special payments, and liaise between business affairs, production, finance, talent reps, and line producers to support accurate contract execution.
Responsibilities include guiding junior staff, reviewing deal information, and supporting multiple projects. The ideal candidate has prior studio or law firm experience, understands legal terminology and entertainment contracts, and is proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and studio databases like BLAST, IDeA, SAP, or Airtable.
Strong organizational skills, adaptability, confidentiality, and effective communication are essential. A Bachelor’s degree is preferred. Compensation ranges from $30.00 to $35.00 per hour. REF#52024
