Controller - Accounting

The position is a full-time Financial Controller located in Lawton, OK, with compensation based on experience.

Definition:

A Financial Controller is a senior-level director responsible for managing and overseeing the company’s financial operations and accounting functions. This role includes preparing financial reports, monitoring internal controls, coordinating audits, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. The Controller develops strategies to enhance financial performance, manages budgeting and forecasting, and provides financial insights to support decision-making. Strong leadership, analytical skills, and excellent communication abilities are essential, along with extensive experience in accounting and finance.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting is required.

Preferred Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of experience in an accounting office as an Accountant.
• CPA certification is preferred.
