This role offers direct access to ownership and operations, allowing you to influence cost control, margins, and financial strategy in a high-visibility environment rooted in real-world production and leadership. The position involves managing daily accounting functions, preparing financial statements in compliance with GAAP, overseeing cash flow and banking relationships, and partnering with operations on cost and profitability analysis. Additionally, you'll support budgeting, audits, and tax coordination. Requirements include a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field, and 5+ years of progressive accounting experience.
