Seeking a Controller for a hospitality management company at a hotel in San Antonio, TX.
Responsibilities include maintaining financial reports, preparing journal entries, analyzing accounts, contributing to budgets, approving A/P and income postings, managing payroll, conducting internal audits, and preparing tax returns. The role also involves bank reconciliations, responding to audit requests, and assisting the General Manager.
Requirements include a high school diploma or GED, 2+ years hotel accounting experience, proficiency in financial processes, and organizational skills. A bachelor’s in accounting or finance and experience with Sage ERP are a plus.
