Key responsibilities include people management, safety implementation, controls standards governance, troubleshooting, continuous improvement, project and vendor management, and cross-functional collaboration.
Required qualifications include a relevant technical degree, 5+ years of controls experience, leadership skills, and hands-on expertise with PLCs, networks, and safety systems.
Preferred skills include automation in high-volume manufacturing, robotics experience, project management, and team development.
The role is onsite, with some travel, and does not offer visa sponsorship.
