The role involves preparing cold and hot meals according to production estimates and standardized recipes, assisting in food prep for nursing center meals, ensuring compliance with health regulations, maintaining sanitation standards, and managing leftovers appropriately.
Requirements include a high school diploma or GED, proficiency with kitchen equipment, strong communication skills, and the ability to follow instructions. Certification in ServSafe is preferred.
