This culinary position requires good communication skills and at least two years of line and fine dining experience. A culinary degree or related hotel experience is preferred. Candidates must be capable of performing all basic and intermediate cooking skills, including preparation of soups, sauces, stocks, frying, and broiling. There may be responsibilities to give direction in the supervisor's absence.
Probationary Rate: $29.48/hour
Hourly Rate: $34.80/hour
