Cook - Main Kitchen

Responsible for preparing, cooking, and delivering nutritious meals to patients and retail customers, ensuring timely and appealing food service.

• Requires formal training as a cook and at least 1 year of line cook experience in a restaurant with a diverse menu.
  
• Must follow simple instructions, demonstrate math and planning skills, and pass a written and skills test with a minimum score of 80%.
  
• Preferred experience includes working as a line cook in a hospital or nursing home setting.
