Seeking a per diem Cook to prepare and serve meals in a senior living community, ensuring safety and adherence to dietary standards.
- Assist in food prep, serve residents, and maintain cleanliness of kitchen and dining areas.
- Support inventory control and supervise staff in the absence of the Culinary Services Director.
- Operate kitchen equipment safely, follow resident diets, and ensure proper meal accounting.
- Maintain a clean, safe work environment, and communicate any issues to management.
- Work independently, guide others, and deliver high-quality food in large quantities.
- Must have basic knife skills, food handling knowledge, and familiarity with kitchen appliances.
