The Coordinator of Payroll Systems III requires someone that is detail oriented, with technical skills, critical thinking and the ability to analyze data while also working very closely with each payroll processing team member and department representatives across campus. Responsibilities involve but are not limited to: performing tax analysis for tax treaty benefits, ensuring salary adjustments are calculated correctly, FICA monitoring for students. Accurate analysis of reports and processes payroll adjustments based upon that review as necessary. Ensures proper record keeping and accuracy in every aspect of duties.

Bachelor#39;s degree in a related field and four (4) years of related experience required. Work experience may substitute for education requirement.
The individualin thisrolerequires someone with advanced technical skills, critical thinking and the ability to analyze data while also working very closely with each payroll processing team member and department representative across campus. Individuals with advanced excel skills are an asset.
The ideal candidate will also have prior payroll experience, accounting knowledge and skilled in excel v-lookup.
