Law Firm, Experience: 4+ Years

Seeking an experienced legal professional with a background in corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, fund formation, finance, and securities. Applicable bar admission required. Candidates should possess strong academic credentials and excellent oral and written communication skills.

Responsibilities:

1. Provide legal expertise and counsel on various corporate matters, including mergers and acquisitions, fund formation, finance, and securities transactions.
2. Draft, review, and negotiate complex legal documents such as contracts, agreements, and transaction-related papers.
3. Conduct detailed legal research and analysis to support client strategies and transactions.
4. Manage the due diligence process to ensure all regulatory and compliance requirements are met.
5. Collaborate with clients to understand their business goals and provide tailored legal advice.
6. Represent clients in negotiations with regulatory bodies and other relevant parties.

Compensation:

Salary is commensurate with experience, ranging from $240,000 to $315,000. We seek candidates with experience from a large law firm environment that is transferable.
