Our client is a well-established real estate company based in Manhattan seeking a professional and personable Corporate Receptionist to manage front desk operations and serve as the face of their office. This role is ideal for someone with strong administrative and client-facing experience who thrives in a polished, fast-paced corporate environment.
Salary/Hourly Rate:
$22/hr
Position Overview:
The Corporate Receptionist will be responsible for managing the front desk, greeting visitors, and supporting daily office operations. This individual will play a key role in maintaining a professional and welcoming environment while assisting with administrative tasks across the office. The position is fully onsite in Manhattan.
Responsibilities of the Corporate Receptionist:
- Greet clients, visitors, and vendors with a professional and welcoming demeanor.
- Answer and route incoming calls and respond to inquiries.
- Manage conference room scheduling and assist with meeting coordination.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and polished reception area.
- Provide administrative support including filing, scanning, and data entry.
- Assist with office coordination and support internal teams as needed.
- Ensure a high level of professionalism and confidentiality at all times.
- Prior corporate receptionist or administrative experience is required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Professional presentation and client-facing demeanor.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work fully onsite in Manhattan.
- Experience in real estate or property management environments.
- Experience supporting a corporate office setting.
- High school diploma is required.
- Bachelor's degree is preferred.
