This role leads global standard costing, ensuring accurate and consistent application within the PLEX system, and provides strategic guidance across the organization.
- Oversees the integrity of global cost standards, product setup, and data governance, driving efficiency through improved procedures.
- Manages monthly COGS calculations, inventory reviews, and variance analyses to support financial accuracy and decision-making.
- Coordinates annual standard cost updates, physical inventories, and audit responses, ensuring compliance with internal controls and reporting deadlines.
- Supervises cost analysts, fosters process improvements, and ensures accurate inventory and cost accounting globally.
- Requires 7+ years of accounting experience with 3+ years in inventory or cost analysis, supervisory experience, and strong technical skills; a bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance is required. The position is full-time, based at a headquarters location, with a hybrid work schedule, and serves as a key contributor to financial and operational excellence.
