Seeking creative and detail-oriented Culinary Science Interns for Summer 2026 and Fall 2026 to test innovative 100% paper microwave food packaging.
Responsibilities include screening frozen foods, conducting temperature and sensory evaluations, developing product demos, and documenting results using lab and food testing equipment.
Qualifications involve studying or recent graduation in culinary science, food science, culinology, or culinary arts; experience with frozen or processed foods is a plus. Must be located in the Boston metro area and able to work onsite in Waltham.
Interns will gain hands-on experience in culinary science, food testing, and understanding how packaging impacts food quality, including sensory and physical measurement techniques.
