Now Hiring: Customer Assurance Technical Advisor
Reports to: Customer Assurance Manager
Are you ready to kickstart your career in technical support and customer service? We’re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Customer Assurance Technical Advisor to join our team, supporting customers, dealers, and contractors with warranty and technical inquiries for Carrier and Payne HVAC products.
What You’ll Do:
- Answer warranty and technical support calls for Carrier and Payne products
- Provide product usage and application guidance within manufacturer limitations
- Support both internal teams and external partners (dealers, contractors, customers)
- Respond to warranty policy questions and verify shipping invoices and credit memos
- Record discrepancies and assist with credit memo processing as needed
- Support and help implement customer and internal training classes
What We’re Looking For:
- Basic understanding of the HVAC/R industry, products, or systems
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong customer service mindset
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office or equivalent software
- Team-oriented and willing to learn on the job
Work Experience
Qualifications & Skills:
- Knowledge of HVAC/R industry, products, and solutions required
- Exceptional communication skills, with a strong focus on customer relations
- General computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office or equivalent applications
- Self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision
- Excellent telephone etiquette and communication techniques
- Even-tempered personality, capable of effectively assisting customers with technical issues
