Join a leading pet product distributor as a Claims Processing Representative, responsible for investigating and resolving order discrepancies, processing credits, and managing returns with accuracy and professionalism.
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:30AM - 5:00PM, hybrid in-office/remote.
Key duties include researching discrepancies, creating and closing RGA's and invoices, updating account notes, and supporting quality control initiatives to ensure a positive customer experience.
Ideal candidates have strong problem-solving, organizational, communication, and computer skills, with prior data entry or CRM experience a plus.
