Job Summary:
The Customer Experience Associate greets and assists customers, handles transactions accurately, and ensures a positive shopping experience. They operate checkout equipment, maintain cleanliness, follow safety procedures, and support store operations.
Responsibilities include:
- Providing friendly customer service and resolving concerns promptly
- Operating cash registers and processing payments securely
- Maintaining store sanitation and following safety guidelines
- Collaborating with team members and improving performance
- Using PPE properly and assisting in other departments if needed
