We are seeking a Customer Experience Representative I who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and working independently.
Responsibilities include providing first-call resolution for inquiries related to billing, policy services, system support, and professional communication with agents, customers, and internal teams to ensure a positive experience.
Qualifications include a high school diploma (associate degree or relevant experience preferred), strong verbal and written communication skills, computer proficiency, basic math skills, and the ability to learn insurance products.
Work is based in office locations with training hours from 8am-4:30pm, and schedules vary after training, including weekday shifts and weekend rotation.
