Andrews & Van Lohn Insurance is an Independent Insurance Agency located in beautiful Granada Hills. We are family owned and operated and have been in business for over 50 years. We write all line of personal and commercial insurance. We are looking for a property and casualty Personal Lines Customer Service Representative/ Account Manager. Knowledge of AMS360, FSC Rater and Mercury First is a plus. The candidate should speak clearly and have a happy and outgoing personality who works well with others and enjoys selling.

This is a full time position. Applicant must have 2 years minimum experience in personal lines and have a current P&C License. Salary is based on experience. If you'd like to to work at an agency where you are part of a family instead of just a body in a sea of many people, please apply.

Job Duties Include but are not limited to:

·         50% sales / 50% service

·         Speaking to clients to service their account

·         Handling renewals/remarketing existing accounts

·         Entering details into agency management system (AMS360)

·         Quoting new business

·         Marketing new business and renewals
