As an Associate, you will assist customers, maintain store appearance, operate registers accurately, and support merchandising and store recovery. Key responsibilities include greeting customers with a caring attitude, handling transactions, promoting promotions, supporting donation programs, and ensuring store presentation.
Qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent (preferred), prior retail experience (preferred), and availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds, push/pull 35 pounds, and stand for extended periods is required.
