We are hiring a Customer Service Associate for a 6-month contract in Towson, MD, working from 7:45 AM to 4:15 PM EST. The role is full-time onsite during training, then hybrid (3 days onsite, 2 days remote). Opportunities for extension or conversion are available based on performance. A laptop is provided.


Must have 2-3 years of customer service or call center experience, proficiency in Microsoft Office and PDF, with client experience a plus. The role involves answering inbound calls, providing information about retirement plans (401(k), 403(b)), educating participants, data entry, and administrative tasks.


Key skills include effective communication, problem-solving, multitasking, accountability, flexibility, and proactive attitude. Bilingual skills (Spanish/English) are a plus. Candidates should have a high school diploma or equivalent, or comparable experience.
