We are looking for an experienced Customer Service Representative / Sales Support to manage customer accounts and process product orders.
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM.
Pay: $18 – $20/hour based on experience.
This role involves direct customer communication, providing excellent service, and supporting inside sales, without cold calling or call center duties.
Responsibilities include managing accounts, understanding customer needs, recommending products, assisting with inquiries, and ensuring timely order fulfillment.
Requirements include prior customer service or account management experience, strong communication skills, and product knowledge.
Training will be provided for onboarding.
