Our client, is looking for a customer service representative to join their team. 

 

Job Title: Customer Service Representative

Location: Syracuse NY

Pay Range: up to $21.50hr depending on experience

 

What’s the Job?

 

  • Assist in walk in customers
  • Verify order information and input into the main database
  • Answer all sales calls and provide quotes
  • Research product for customers

 

What’s Needed?

 

  • Must have relatable experience
  • Knowledge of materials experience is a plus
  • A strong positive problem solving personality
  • Proficient with Word, Excel, Microsoft Office
  • High School Diploma with some college course work
