This role involves providing Superior Customer Service by assisting customers via counter, phone, email, or fax, ensuring quick and smooth transactions, and maintaining positive dealer relationships.
It includes supporting Sales efforts by maintaining accounts, communicating product updates, and conducting outbound calls to grow business.
Responsible for Conflict Resolution by addressing warranty and return issues, coordinating solutions, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Handles Order Management through order processing, coordinating deliveries, and monitoring shipment schedules.
Maintains Relationship Management with management and peers to ensure effective teamwork and service quality.
Performs Inventory Management tasks, including stock availability, cycle counts, and replenishment.
Additional duties may include warehouse assistance, loading/unloading products, and working Saturday hours during peak seasons. On-call availability is required.
Pay ranges from $21.50 to $22.70 hourly. Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. and will be provided equal employment opportunities.
