Customer Service Rep

We have 2 immediate needs for Customer Support Representatives who have interest and experience in the inside/post sales department.

The candidates must possess positive and high energy/friendly disposition.This position is responsible for taking calls from consumers and scheduling repair visits, following up on part orders and tracking, and rescheduling as needed.  This is a fast-paced, high volume position.  Person should be thick skinned (dealing with customers who have product not working!!!)

Strong computer skills, Great Plains experience a plus

Temp to hire...$18-$22 per hour 

• High School diploma- some college preferred
• 2-4 years of Customer Service skills
• Good computer skills
• Must be able to speak english
