Seeking full-time Customer Service Representatives at the FHA Resource Center in Albuquerque, NM to support the US Department of Housing and Urban Development.
Responsibilities include assisting renters, homebuyers, and homeowners with housing requests, answering calls and emails, and documenting interactions.
